How do you get ENOUGH people to explore their prioritized options?
1) list more of them - for enough people
2) discuss more of them, soon enough, for enough people to matter
3) maintain PRACTICE at exploring enough options, among enough people to matter,
Talk is cheap, and only step 1 of several necessary but not sufficient steps. A social species survives only with constant PRACTICE at scaling social methods.
