Europe will not make a deal with Iran without America's consent.
But America may not be able to prevent China and Russia from making nice with Iran.

According to Escobar, China is the issue, and once Iran is open, the US companies are not going to want to be left out.
The game is really speeding up now, with the US pushing while it can to contain the emerging world. So far, it's taken some setbacks.
